Pocket PC Overtakes Palm

Just yesterday, I was saying that PalmSource (the maker of the Palm OS) was doomed.

Today the numbers are here. The Pocket PC platform has out shipped the PalmOS one for the first time.

For 2004, PocketPCs shipment is expected to increase by 15%, while PalmOS devices will decrease by 23%. Ouch!
