(nytimes) I think that their two main problems are going to be bandwidth & security. And brace yourselves, this is going to cost an estimate $200B over the next couple of decades. |

The pentagon is building its own secure internet called Global Information Grid (GIG). The project was started 6 years ago, and the first packets of data started flowing 6 weeks ago.
