Visikey has created a keyboard targeted to people who have a vision that is below 10/10, and that's a lot of people :)
Seriously, this is a high-contrast keyboard that has bigger letters printed on it.
I might get one for my dad, it's a pretty good idea, especially for those non-computer savvy people for are always looking for the keys (your typical previous-generation person).
