NTT Docomo 3G F901iC Fingerprint Sensor Phone DoCoMo has announced the F901iC, a 3G phone that has a fingerprint sensor (in the red circle).

Among other remarkable features, I noted the 2 Megapixel camera and the beautiful 320x240 LCD screen (265k colors).
