Topless teen sues over ´The Guy Game´
Dec 23, 04 12:19 AM PDT
The game is a blend of "Girls Gone Wild" and Strip Poker. It consists of trivia questions that, if answered correctly, give access to topless photos or videos of women. The lawsuit says the 17-year-old did not give a "valid or enforceable consent or release" for her photo to be used. The photos were apparently taken during the 'spring break'. Related links |
