Install the PSP update at your own risk
Jan 18, 05 12:39 AM PDT
Sony is warning that people who are attempting to use it might make their PSP unusable. Although the update was made by Sony, it was not intended to be used anytime soon. In the future, the PSP should be capable of connecting to a Sony website or network to upgrade itself, when new software is available, but it is not known when users will be able to do it. |
"The PSP is equipped with the ability to go through the network and update its firmware," the SCEI spokesperson explains, "but the features that will be added are at this point undecided."
