JVC wants to compete in the Video Recorder market by raising the technological bar. Their flagship model, the DR-MH600, is a DVD recorder and Hard Disk video recorder plus TV guide "a la Tivo". It can connect to your TV via HDMI. If you're not interested by that digital connection, the DR-HM300 might be just right for you.
Lower end models are also available: DR-MH50 (250GB), DR-MH30 (160GB) and DR-MH20 (80GB). They should hit the market in May.
