Nextel is now offering a GPS Navigation service that works on the BlackBerry 7520 wireless PDA. The service that makes this possible is called "Telenav".
TeleNav, which is similar to the in-car GPS navigation systems found in luxury vehicles, displays maps, graphical driving cues, speed, and direction, and provides audible turn-by-turn directions to help drivers get to their desired locations directly.
The subscription to Telenav will cost around $9.99 per month (unlimited use) and at this moment, Nextel is offering a promotion with 30 days of free service. Nextel hopes to entice customers to try it and realize how useful GPS can be.
