Deutsche Telekom considers selling T-Mobile USA

Deutsche Telekom is considering selling T-Mobile USA. What would happen if Cingular was to buy T-Mobile?

I would suspect that customer service will get worse. T-Mobile has the highest (should I say the less worse?) ranking in customer satisfaction, but I fear that a merger with another carrier would lower the quality of customer service. Unlike Cingular, T-Mobile has 24/7 customer service, which is very convenient.

I’m a former T-Mobile customer and a present Cingular one. Anyways, it’s not done yet, We will know fore sure before the end of the year.
