The new HP iPAQ HW6515 is setting the South East Asian region abuzz. Although bigger than the O2 mini, it weighs in a wee bit more than the latter. The latest iteration in the iPAQ line was built to be more functional than its predecessor, the iPAQ HP6365 or its fierce rival, the XDA IIi.

Disappointing software-wise, as there was no map or GPS panel provided. On a brighter note, there is a GPS quick connect utility that ensures faster location-fix as compared to the typical GPS receiver. For novice shutterbugs, the HW6515’s camera beats the O2 mini’s hands down, and that is a testament to its true ability.

Battery consumption is reasonable, clocking in at an average of 12 to 15 hours if used continously. The built-in QWERTY keyboard is great for sending SMSes due to the adequate size of its keys. Head on to Pocket PC Thoughts for more details.
