Samsung´s SCH-i730 EV-DO/WiFi Phone review

First the HW6500, now Samsung’s SCH-i730 has entered the once hallowed ground of the Treo 650. With EV-DO, Bluetooth, and WiFi capability, this latest Pocket PC-based device from Samsung looks more like a traditional phone that its smartphone counterparts. It is large and bulky with dimensions of 4.5" x 2.3" x 1" and weights in at 191g – all this excluding the stub antenna.
You have the option of plugging in the extended battery that will further increase the i730’s thickness by a mammoth 25%. Its controls are easy-to-use, but the stereo speakers behind are placed facing each other. All in all an average smartphone at best, with plenty of room for improvement.
