Sanyo’s new Xacti E6 is an ultra-thin digital camera from the famed Xacti series. It has a 3x internal optical zoom, and a generous and impressive large 3” LCD display for shutter bugs who love previewing their pictures beforehand. Other features include MPEG4 format video recording and a Touch Sensor. This Touch Sensor feature is actually a short cut to focus faster on the targeted subject. Touching the release button on the top of the Xacti E6 will prime it to capture an image – it is similar to half-pressing an ordinary shutter release button of a digital camera. Reaction time is improved by 0.05 seconds with Sanyo’s Touch Sensor.
