Behold, the i-mate K-JAM! This quad-band smartphone with a slide out keyboard comes in a PDA form factor measuring 108mm x 58mm x 23.7mm. It is powered by a TI OMAP 850 200MHz processor, with 64MB built-in RAM and 128MB ROM, integrated Bluetooth 1.1 and WiFi, IR, a miniSD slot, 2.8” QVGA (240 x 320) 64k color screen, and runs on the latest Windows Mobile 5.0 OS. The specs for the built-in camera have yet to be confirmed, but we know that it will be 2.0 mega-pixels at best and 1.3 mega-pixel at worst.
