Jon Jacobs buys virtual land for $100,000
Posted on Nov 11, 05 02:04 AM PDT

Jon Jacobs plans to open the first virtual space resort that will exist only in the virtual world of the video game Project Entropia. He plans to name the place Club Neverdie. His resort will be populated with dinosaurs like in Jurassic Park, except that players can kill the gigantic reptiles.
Mr Jacobs plans to make about $20,000 a month from this virtual land. Last year we talked about that person who bought a virtual property for $26,500. Jon Jacobs was one of the bidders, but lost the auction.
