Next Mac mini Kaleidoscope to be a Media Center?
Nov 30, 05 08:49 AM PDT

Ever since the mac mini came out users dreamed about using it as a cute Media Center computer. Until this day the lack of integrated TV Tuner and associated software prevented this from happening. Think Secret is circulating the rumor that a Mac mini project codenamed Kaleidoscope would feature an Intel CPU along with a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) capability and Front Row 2.0. That’s not all: this computer would have an integrated iPod video dock, allowing users to sync TV shows and music to their iPod. If true, this combo could prove to be a TiVo-killer. Via Think Secret
