The jounalist in the cubicle next to me brought one of the early beta versions of this device from www.keyphantom.com about 5 weeks ago. He said that its worked perfectly for him, apart from one problem: it wouldn't pick up the right hand shift key. Annoying to say the least. He said that tech support was ok - they released a upgrade which fixed the problem on his device, about 3 days later. He ran a Windows utility which downloaded new instructions into the device to fix it.
Anyway, he's happy with it - he's trying to get me to purchase one, but I reckon that my memory is good enough to recreate any articles if our system crashes.
