Sanho Electronics debuted their range of HyperDrive memory card backup devices at the 2K6 International CES. The HyperDrive HD80 and HyperDrive Mini are memory card backup devices, charging through 1GB worth of data in less than 2 mins. Both have native support for up to 8 memory cards (CF Type I/II, MD, SD, MMC, MS, MS Pro, and xD). The HD80 comes in a few versions - casing only, 40GB, 60GB, 80GB, and 100GB and costs $149, $199, $239, $269, and $299 respectively. (specs below) Via Portable Gadgets

So happy they chose to use REGULAR batteries - as opposed to some Phone or digital camera -like battery pack....

These proprietary add-ons sometimes defeat the purpose of CONVENIENCE!!!!....

Imagine, Not being able to back up - because you had to recharge your battery - at least you can buy AAA or AA from any convenience store :-)
