Exer-station: work hard, play hard

We tried this innovative “joystick”, and it was not effortless for sure, but here is the idea: having your muscles work while you play. You have to push hard forward to accelerate and the controller is very responsive, I crashed my boat often and that was fun! This gadget from Powergrid Fitness has won the CES Best of innovations Award in Electronic Gaming and is compatible with the major video game consoles. The effort level is adjustable; it is possible to burn 350 calories per hour using it (350 Cal is equivalent to a 40mn jogging, or a candy bar). Cool gadget! More at exer-station.com
