Great Range in the locator but the tags are hard to open without a miniture phillips if you use the doublesided tape to attach to a remote good luck opening the battery compartment without ripping it apart.

Dispite their claims the things you attach on to individual items are to big for anything other than keys ! no good for me. Just came across and ordered a new product called loc8tor - if you need small 'Tag' size have a look www.loc8tor.com. Waiting for mine to be delievered.

What are the dimensions of the individual items (what do you call them?) that the controller communicates with? Do they have batteries? I bought the Sharper Image "Wirless Electronic Locator" and was very unhappy with it because of the size of the discs and the need to replace their batteries. Why do you not provide this important information?
