So far I'm not so happy.
Just got my Cyberpad today and the thing won't power up. I wrote to their support email and got a bounce back message saying that they were "Above Quota."
So instead I call the support number several times and kept getting voice mail. Giving up on that I call the general number and finally talk to a person.
She told me that support wasn't in this morning and let it slip that they've been having problems with this product (she sounded like she knew there were issues with the Cyberpad).
I'm still waiting for a call back so more later.
