The prudent shopper verifies before he buys! Thanks for letting me know the service is unavailable.

Don't get it! I have only had my chatterbug for less than a month. The few times their system wasn't having "technical difficulties" and I was able to use it, there was always a crackly noise heard by both me and the party I was speaking to. I called and they said it would be fixed in 24 hours. Not so...and now I can't even get a hold of customer service to cancel my account because they have been having "technical difficulties" every day for the last 2 weeks!! The basic idea sounded great, if only it worked like it is supposed to.

It doesn't work very well. Try and get on often it is too busy. Nothing but frustrations for me.
They don't answer their phones but seem to my messages since they cut me off.
