Easy DivX to Xbox 360 Streaming

Playing DivX-encoded copies of movies on the Xbox 360 required a “hack” that will put most casual 360 owners without an inkling of computer knowledge off. Jake Ludington has an easy solution – use MCE Video Encoder to convert DvX , XviD and other video files on the fly via any MCE extender, including the Xbox 360. Sometimes, the simplest solution is the most obvious even in the most perplexing of situations.

As an aside to this I recently figured out you can use this same Media Center plug-in to stream the same DivX video to multiple Xbox 360 consoles simultaneously. It does not yet support streaming two different videos to two different Xbox 360 consoles.
