The Teclast T19 Portable Media Player is powered by the Wolfson WM8750 decoder chip and the Telechips TCC760 at its core. Other features are pretty much humdrum, like the 1.9” (220 x 176) screen, MPEG1 and MP3 support, a built-in FM tuner, voice and line-in recording, an e-Book reader, a dictionary, and a calendar for those cerebral types. The 512MB and 1GB versions will retail for $77 and $90 respectively. Too bad the T19 is only available in China – imagine the havoc it’ll wreak on the iPod’s sales figures should this gem be released and judged by its value in America.
