We have used this on several cruises and boating trips. I have been deathly seasick before and was so afraid to go on a cruise for fear of being sick the whole time. My sister swears by her "watches" and talked me into it. It really worked! There was even a really bad storm. My sister had removed hers once she got used to being onboard and had to go back and get hers during the storm. I on the other hand was fine. I was afraid to take it off, but did take it off to sleep. It took a little getting used to exactly which number was best for me - definitely start out low and work your way up. I am now looking to purchase my own for our family cruise this summer.

Couple of her friends convinced my wife to skip her Dramamine and wear a Relief Band while they went fishing. They had to return early to deliver her to the dock and she's still experiencing motion sickness 3 hours later.

As he said, it looked really dodgy and it doesn't even tell time?!

I'd be interested if this works... not a gimmick.
