LG PM80 Windows Mobile Device

LG PM80 Windows Mobile Device
LG's PM80 cellphone is powered by the Windows Mobile 2003 OS, which is pretty mind boggling as the latest version is Windows Mobile 5.0. How LG plans to move this unit with an outdated OS is anybody's guess. Other features include T-DMB TV support, a SDIO/SD/MMC memory card slot, 64MB RAM, 64MB ROM, with an Intel PXA270 312MHz processor as its heart. The screen is a 65k color QVGA at 240 x 320 resolution, which could be inadequate with the industry standard being 262k colors today. Could the LG PM80 actually be an archaic product that was long forgotten by the engineers and marketed to cover back some of the R&D capital? ( Add a comment)
