Sharp MP3 players come with miniSD slot

Sharp's new MP3 players come with a miniSD card slot to expand on the built-in memory that comes with the unit itself. The 512MB MP-B200 and 1GB MP-B300 are available in a quartet of colors and share the asme mirrored front. Other features include direct audio encoding, an onboard FM tuner and transmitter, a voice recorder, and WMA-DRM and MP3 support. It is a couple of millimeters thicker than the iPod nano (6.8mm thick), measuring 49mm x 87.6mm x 8.9mm. Read more about it in the Japanese press release.
