Texting / SMS is more of a waste of time than anything... Why bother to spend 25 minutes texting something you can say in 2? If you're on a plan you have to pay for the text messaging on top of the talk plan... just talk geez.

I would be okay paying for weekdays and Sunday thru Thursday nights...But as a customer for three years, though the service itself is pretty good, I do think that by now Virgin Mobile should allow at least free talk from Friday 9pm to Midnight on Sunday. I do like the service as I do not have the credit for a regular plan. I was a pizza delivery driver when I first signed on, and it was a godsend to be able to call a customer and get better directions or advise them of delays, as well as calling the store if I became stuck in the snow or broke down. But after the workweek, a few free calls on a Friday or Saturday night to set up some fun, even now, would be even better. I think we should all let VM know how we feel and maybe they would get the message! As for Simone on the automated customer service line, she has got to go! I want to speak to a person outright and hate talking to a machine! Don't we all? lol

Virgin Mobel Hell is what I have been in. I was hung up on by three customer service reps and then was told there was no way to contact anyone other then there group for help. I was charged on my CC and my minutes never were posted to my account. They say that is impossible but I have the CC bill to prove it. No one was willing to help me or address this at there customer service center. When I tried to add more minutes by using my phone I would get the statement I was successful for top up but again, no minutes ever posted to my phone. After over a year of there service this was the last staw. No longer will I stand to be in Virgin Mobile Hell!

i believe that doing what you do enables the customer to be trilled and hence be satisfied.Then again it will not be such a bad idea to make the 44.99 plan stick to its regulars.

I Think you should give free calls after 7:00pm for about .90 cents a day and to anyone, anywhere. because for some of us we need night and weekend but we some times don't use all the day time minutes and it's a waste of money. I believe more people well be happy with this and more people we begin to use virgin moblie's service.

hell yeah i think virgin mobile should have free nights and weekend but only if u have over a certain amount of paid minute already. like if you have 20 dollar or more on your phone it should be a reward night and weekends because i have the swichtback and i'm never on it because minute are expendse.

i'm a long time virgin mobile customer first the good, cheap phones affordable top up cards, now the bad,not compatable with other services like free ringtone sources or yahoo e'mail alerts. in summary it's very basic cell phone service.Hey it beats two tin cans and some string!

I understand the same thing as allmost everybody .Its bookooand for those who dont know bookoo( means a lot thats slang )amounts of money I spend on a prepaid because I m not legal so I can't get a phone at the moment or else I'd have one but thats I agee we should get some thing along the lines of after 7 or so on weekends free or nights because for students whther were like 10 and in elementary school or 80 and majoring in bussiness in college we use our phone to contact teacher , aquintences for assassments for class and other things of that nature. But we can just sit and complain on here we all have to personally email or Aim the company and after so many people contact them about it theyll concerned our ideas on how to make us more comfortable as customers and help assist us and whatnot .so please everybody hel;p me out cause IM GOING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY VIA EMAIL ABOUT THE SAME IDEA MOST OF YOU HAVE AND I HAVE SO PLEASE CONTACT THEM TO CAUSE THE MORE TIMES WE CONTACT THEM WITH THE IDEA THE MORE THEY MAY WANT TO PUT THAT IDEA IN TO ACTION
