USB power bar
If you find yourself running short on USB ports, why not give the USB power bar a try? Attached to a USB port, it replicates that used USB port as well as offering an additional 7 electric outlets to power other devices. The USB power bar comes with magnets behind to attach it to any metal surface and a 2.0 meter attached cord. It can turn peripherals off via the PC at a touch. Measuring 345.5mm x 50mm x 31mm, this USB power bar should retail slightly below $50 should it be released anywhere outside of Japan.

Ooops,

'additional 7 USB outlets' should have been:
'additional 7 ELECTRIC outlets'

Thanks for catching this! :(

This isn't a USB hub - it's an electrical power strip that is controlled via USB automatically shutting down when the computer shuts down.

:o This is not a USB Hub at all!! It doesn't give you additional 7 USB outlets to connect other devices !!

What it provides is a mechanism to turn the power on and off for other peripherals, through the computer. It does however give you an extra Y-cable for USB, so that you dont loose one to this device itself.

cheers.
