Datadots help prevent gadget theft

If you are hesitant to grab the latest gizmos due to fear of theft, Datadots might have the solution to ease your worries. The Datadots DNA kit comes with a bunch of tiny dots that are suspended in adhesive that you smear liberally over your gadgets. Each dot in the kit comes with a special serial number that is registered at the Datadots site. The police can then trace the device back to you after recovering it. Most thieves won't want an ugly gadget, so stealing a pimply device is just not worth the effort, not to mention ending up with a scarred gizmo after scraping all those pesky dots off. The basic Datadots kit is going for $19.95 while the advanced version costs $34.95.
