I'm definitely gonna buy an emWave for myself. I have been using HeartMath's Freeze-Framer program for the last 2 years and it's really helped me calm my anxiety down. So, needless to say I'm very excited about their new emWave because it is so portable and small. I can see myself taking it with me everywhere. Thanks Ubergizmo for the info.
