Sony Alpha 100 digital SLR in the works
After handing over Konica Minolta's camera service operations, cameras, and related equipment to Sony, digital SLR camera enthusiasts are buzzing about the upcoming Sony Alpha 100 digital SLR camera. So far the following are unofficial specs, so take it with a pinch of salt. The Aplha 100 is expected to offer 10.2 megapixels an an APS-C size CCD sensor. It will be fully compatible with Sony Alpha mount system lenses as well as the Sony G lens and Carl Zeiss optics. It does make one wonder - can the older Minolta lenses be used on the Sony Alpha 100?
