Tamagotchi celebrates 10th birthday
The Sims, Nintendogs, and other life simulation games owe it to the Tamagotchi from Bandai for their existence today. A decade ago, the world was introduced to the unassuming little toys that exploded into a global craze. This virtual pet is already 10 years old, and Bandai decided to honor this significant milestone by creating a special limited-edition series of the Tamagotchi that come in 3 different "tamatebako" (precious box). Each tamatebako contains the Tamagotchi itself, a stool-like model, and a special coin. Purchase one today for $63. ( Add a comment)
