The writing is on the wall with the finger mouse
The weirdly named EEM-GTMS-300BK finger mouse is actually a 800dpi USB-powered optical mouse that works while strapped to your finger. You can use your finger to write on the screen if you like, but otherwise it functions very much like any other optical mouse save for the different form factor.
