Keeping an inventory of the items in a fridge is often a lost cause, as the turnover rate of foodstuff is immense, what more in a large family. The Timestrip hopes to bring some semblance of order into the fridge that keeps track of how many days an item has left before expiring via a colored liquid that moves a certain amount of millimetres a day within the thin, capillary tube.
