Hoverstop mouse sends gentle reminder

Published on 07/30/2006

Those working at the computer for an entire day will know the toll it takes on one's body system, especially when the dreaded carpal tunnel syndrome kicks in. The Hoverstop mouse hopes to alleviate the physical discomfort by reminding you that your hand has been idle on the mouse for more than 10 seconds. This is achieved via a built-in motor inside that vibrates. It can be connected via PS/2 or USB. This 800 dpi optical mouse is available from ThinkGeek for $69.
