Talk about pampering your pets - the PetsCell does exactly that, keeping you in touch with your favorite mutt. This voice-enabled device is fully waterproof and is meant to be attached to a dog's collar. There is a special number assigned to each device, so you can call it anytime you like and soothe him should he feel lonely prancing around restlessly in the wee hours of the morning. The auto-answering device even comes with a built-in GPS unit that can be tracked either online or through a 3G cellphone. I guess that means he has to listen to your whines and complains about the neighbor whether he likes it or not – does that constitute as cruelty to animals?
