It looks like the FCC has approved the Toshiba Model 1089 digital audio player that strangely looks identical with Microsoft's Zune player. Thankfully, the Model 1089 comes with WiFi connectivity and enables you to take a peek at your friends' playlists. Nothing else can be derived from the poorly taken photo, but the FCC has more information regarding this potential Zune wannabe.
