Maplin Car DVD Player

We wonder what the engineers were thinking of when they designed the Maplin Car DVD Player. Apparently, there is a 2.5" screen on the head unit itself that definitely remains out of bounds for the driver to watch, leaving only the passengers as the only logical choice for an audience. Unfortunately, you can't see jack on such a tiny screen, what more during traveling. The other explanation would be the LCD display is used for visualization or menu purposes. £149.99 will snag you a DVD/VCD/MP3/CD/CD-R/CR-RW Compatible device. More specs and features are available after the jump.
