I find the machine helps. I have a problem with a sagging rolls on my Abdomen. I find that this in addition to an aerobic routine is really improving things. I work and have kids and I find the 15 minute routine on the iGallop to be a very pleasant break.
I find it that the ease of use means I use it more. I am using it once a day, which makes it worth the money I paid for it. Which btw, it is now on clearance since the new model is out.

How can gimmicks like this be value for money.
Don't buy. It's just a waste of space.

Oh come on cowgirls! Although this may not be a "real" horse it is great fun. Isn't that the whole idea of getting fit -combining fun with activity. I'm using it and it absolutely works your core muscles. It works much like the big balls in building strength and balance. Have some fun and build some muscles! I love it.

I heard this is actually bad for you. The vibration may cause damage to the SPIN.
My wife bought the uzup slimming belt. It doesn't help you to loose weight and also gave me a sore back from using it

Lets be honest, this is probably a glorified sex toy designed to exercise the core and hips...

As a physical therapist, I can say that this machine targets the core muscles. I do not know if it is the same as riding a real horse but I can say that this machine is for people who want to strengthen their core (abs & postural back muscles) the lazy way.

I love it! Not exactly like riding a horse but definetely helps you learn to balance and its a great workout, especially for those of you who dont like working out. Some people have said to just get horse back riding lessons, I have and investing in this is way way way cheaper. Although riding a real horse is completely different since well your riding a real horse.

I had tried this out and IMO it is NOT value for money. So I am giving this a miss..... and besides, the color is simply awful. yuck.

I have tried this product myself and it's a very close resemblance to the actual horse riding if one does it correctly. The price while seemingly high, isn't really since it's just a one-time payment. Divide it by the number of times you'll be using it, it's value for money.

I train showjumpers and eventers for a living and tried out this 'thing' while seeing it in a store in the mall. I was not impressed with the movment of it as it does not not take the same muscles or balance to stay on nor move with it. I'd take the money and invest it in some riding lessons instead of buying this expensive machine.
