Samsung's Pro815 digital camera is equipped with a mammoth 15x zoom Schneider-Kreuznach lens, making it the most powerful in the non-SLR digital camera category. It also comes with a 3.5" screen, making it the largest available monitor on any digital camera currently. The size comparison does not stop there, as the battery itself is the largest, offering a 1900mAh of charge capacity. The Pro815 from Samsung clearly treads closer to the SLR market than any of its compact digital camera brethren. This is more than surprising since Samsung is more noted for other electronic consumables such as cellphones and TVs.
