Features of the Powershot G7 includes a 10.2 megapixel sensor with 6x optical zoom, the third iteration of Canon's famous DIGIC image processor, an even better face-tracking mechanism for sharper portraits, and a superb battery life that will not die out on you at the most inopportune moments. You also no longer need to contend with VGA quality movies as the G7 is more than capable of recording movies at 15fps in 1024 x 768 resolution.
