DigiMate III comes with touchscreen

Here's a memory card reader with a difference - the DigiMate III does not only read the most common card formats available (SD, MMC, Mini SD, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, Memory Stick Duo, CF I/II, MicroDrive, and xD), you can also hook up a 2.5" hard drive for quick and easy data transfer via the high-speed USB 2.0 connection. A color touchscreen makes navigating through the DigiMate III card reader a cinch. Strangely enough, it takes 3 hours to charge the battery, which can last for only 2 hours. USBGeek is selling the DigiMate III for $49.00.
