Helping Hand sends timely reminders

Bang & Olufsen not only produces extremely beautiful and painfully expensive home audio products, they also have a medical device division known as Medicom to pamper the rich with a gamut of equally expensive gadgets. The latest offering is pretty nifty though, with the aptly-named Helping Hand reminding patients to take their medication at the stipulated time by sending a signal to the PC or cellphone via an available USB or Bluetooth connection. It is also able to upload reports to your doctor (presumably your medication consumption habits), as well as alerting you with a red or yellow light should you miss a few doses. Pricing details are unavailable, but the Helping Hand should cost a pretty penny judging by its pedigree.
