Sony notebook range updated for fall

Published on 09/15/2006

The autumn is normally a pretty bleak period with the gloomy weather doing quite a number on certain people. Thankfully, Sony decided to brighten things up by introducing a trio of notebooks that are guaranteed to find its niche, ranging from the entry level N10 to the top-of-the-line AR20. The AR20 boasts a Blu-ray burner, a 17" HD-ready display with 1920 x 1200 resolution, an integrated hybrid digital and analogue tuner, HDMI output, and a whooping 2GB of memory. The mid-range FE30 notebook is pretty much ordinary, although the 200GB hard drive makes the offer much sweeter. Last but not least, the entry-level N10 features a 15.4" display and WiFi connectivity as well as hardware specifications which are perfect for everyday office use. Prices for all three will be confirmed as the launch date draws nearer.
