You can now experience the catchy tunes and sound effects all over again, except this time they are played in order to rouse you from your slumber. The Space Invaders Alarm Clock required a couple of AAA batteries to run, and it will play a simulated game of Space Invaders whenever your alarm goes off. You could start off on the wrong side of the bed when you realize that the computer does not really know the intricacies of dealing with those pesky aliens who are raining down bullets, gritting your teeth in frustration as you know you can do much better. This geeky alarm clock measures 95mm x 92mm x 85mm and weighs 130g. It is available from Rakuten for approximately $34.
