StoreJet carries data in style
Published on 09/29/2006

Transcend's new portable storage device looks like a cross between a USB flash drive and a portable hard drive. The StoreJet 3.5 connects to your notebook or PC via a High-Speed USB 2.0 connection in order to transfer over large, media intensive files such as movies, photos, audio, and games in a jiffy. The external case is made from aluminum which stores any standard 3.5" IDE hard drive inside. It is also compatible with the more advanced 3.5" SATA hard drive. The StoreJet 3.5 is compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux platforms. There is no word on pricing and availability at the moment, but the sleek, minimalist design is bound to win over many fans.
