AI Cooking Robot whips up Chinese
The normal images associated with Chinese food at an eatery is a balding Chinese man with a rotund belly who smokes and utters curses at his peons in the kitchen, and yet managing to whip up delicious chow mien and chop suey in the process. The AI Cooking Robot aims to eliminate the human factor while retaining all the flavors in a dish, offering various Chinese specialties from Sichua, Huai Yang, and Shandong areas in China. This robot took four years and slightly more than a quarter of a million dollars to research and develop. Check out the video here to see how it fries, bake, boil and steam.
