CardScan Executive 800c a fast worker
Oct 27, 06 12:43 AM PDT
It is interesting to note that people still exchange business cards in this day and age instead of, say, Bluetoothing (is that a new term?) them over. Apparently there are tons of business cards swimming around the world to warrant the CardScan Executive 800c device that does more than convert a newly acquired business card into a digital format within 3 seconds. The CardScan ships with a powerful OCR reader that identifies contact data correctly and sends them over to a standalone contact management software for your convenience. It is a great travel tool, measuring 5.8" x 3.3" x 1.5" and weighing a mere 7 ounces. This piece of digital wonder will set you back by $260, but it is worth the price as you no longer need to rummage through your e-mail each time you want to pull up a contact.
