I have used it for three months and lost 25 pounds. I did make some changes in eating habits, but did not lose more than 8 pounds with just these changes. I would recommend it because it is cheaper than a gym membership and when you can jump for at least 5 to 10 minutes straight, you can't beat the results. Believe it or not, I can now jump rope better with a real rope since using this equipment. Jumping rope is rhythm dependent. That is why most people can't get the hang of it. If you have saddle bags or cellulite, pick up this equipment, stick with it for six months, and you'll be amazed. I had a gut and now I only see it when I sit down. My legs look so fab it is almost criminal. Ask anyone who has ever trained as a boxer, they swear by a rope. Dump the treadmill, stair climber, etc. Roping is the way to go.
