Lenovo X60s has MultiTouch display
The pen-computing world is basically divided into two segments - those who use Active digitizers and proponents of Passive digitizers. The former rely on a special input pen (comprising of Wacom technology most of the time) which are extremely precise, but losing them can be a pain as you can't navigate using your finger, while replacements are expensive. Passive digitizers are found in most touchscreen devices such as PDAs and smartphones, making them much more flexible but less than accurate. Lenovo's new X60s Tablet PC will come with a MultiTouch screen that features both Passive and Active digitizers, bringing you the best of both worlds. More specs are available after the jump. • Intel 945GM chipset
• Intel Core Solo and Core Duo Processors Low Volt Processors
• 128MB Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
• Up to 4GB of PC2-5300 DDR2 memory (667 mhz)
• 802.11 a/b/g connectivity
• Bluetooth
• Integrated modem and Gigabit Ethernet
• 12.1" XGA wide angle display (170 degrees)
• MultiTouch screen allows either finger or pen touch to move cursor for ease of use and more natural interaction with tablet
• MultiView display provides better screen technology for viewing indoors, outdoors, and from wide angles
